if you’re from South East England, I know there is a place in Ellesborough or Aylesbury, not sure which. I haven’t been there, but there is one that 10 year olds can go to at either place.

Build your own… I found frames at a flea market and tuned up some old lawn mower engines. Worked my way up from there to bigger, faster stuff. Now, I’m mostly riding 4-wheelers.

yea build one a 10hp lawn tractor motor and a chain drive with a clutch will get you around 40 mph the one that me and my brothers had as a kid had this and no suspension and the seat was about 4inches off of the ground but we ran that thing for more then 10 years and i think that it still runs
it didnt even cost more then $200 to make
just stay out of the street and you can drive one at any age with a parents supervision(covering my rear).

your kidding right my son my my brothers son race kart when they was seven and nine yrs old so who is telling you there a age limit…. you cant drive them on any streets…i think someone is pulling your leg
